Apartment renovation in Dubai has its own constraints — Owner Association NOCs, working-hour permits, service-lift bookings, water-tightness compliance, structural-wall restrictions. Authority approvals — handled, not handed off

Permits and clearances are part of our scope, not the homeowner's. Dubai Municipality (DM/DDA) building-modification permits, DEWA service-load approvals, Civil Defence (DCD) sign-off on egress changes, master-developer NOCs from Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Sobha, Meraas and Aldar — all managed end to end. For Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Park, Discovery Gardens and other Nakheel communities we also handle Trakhees clearance. The contract you sign is fixed-price; variations are billed only when scope changes are agreed in writing.

Garden renovation, landscape design and swimming pool installation.

Outdoor renovation in the UAE is engineering before it is planting. Soil salinity, summer thermal load reaching 50°C, district-cooling supply temperatures and water-pressure variability all conspire against generic landscape design. Our garden renovation scope spans site grading and sub-base preparation, hardscape construction (porcelain paving, basalt walls, motorised-louvre pergolas, water features, outdoor BBQ kitchens with marine-grade stainless-steel cabinetry), softscape design with saline-tolerant species, palms, ornamental beds and topiary, full drip-irrigation engineering with Wi-Fi-enabled smart controllers, fertigation tanks, and 12V landscape lighting tuned for evening entertaining.

Swimming pool installation — every typology, fully climate-controlled

Swimming pool installation in Dubai requires more engineering than most installers acknowledge. We design and build the full range of residential pools: family pools, lap pools, plunge pools, overflow and infinity-edge pools, skimmer pools, raised-edge pools, indoor pools and natural / biofiltration pools. Every pool we build includes integrated climate control — heat-pump for winter, chiller for summer — so the pool is usable 12 months a year, not just four. Filtration, water treatment (UV, ozone, salt-chlorination), automation (Hayward, Pentair, Zodiac), mosaic or glass-tile finishes, deck integration, and structural-engineer sign-off all sit inside the scope. Trakhees pool standards for Palm Jumeirah, DM/DDA pool inspection, Civil Defence approvals for community-rated pools and DEWA water-connection coordination — all handled.

Pergolas, BBQ kitchens, outdoor entertaining

The signature finishing pieces — motorised aluminum-louvre pergolas with rain sensors and integrated heaters, fixed timber-clad pergolas engineered for 120 km/h wind loads, complete outdoor BBQ kitchens with grill-and-oven combos, sinks, refrigeration and storage in marine-grade SS 304 cabinetry. Pool surrounds in porcelain or natural travertine, decorative water features, fire pits, sun-lounge zones. Designed and built as part of the same villa renovation contract — or specified as a standalone garden renovation engagement when the house already works.
