How are gas connections handled?

Piped-gas connections route through DUGAS or Emirates Gas as the licensed network operator. Buildsmith® holds approved-installer status, submits the kitchen layout, isolation-valve location and gas-route plan for NOC before demolition starts, installs to UAE Civil Defence standards, and commissions with a full pressure test at handover. Bottle-gas and induction-conversion options are also delivered under the same scope.

Can I keep using my kitchen during the renovation?

For apartment kitchen-only renovations we typically install a temporary kitchenette in another room — sink, fridge, microwave and induction hob — so you can continue cooking. For villa works the existing kitchen is fully shut down. Most renovations are 4 – 8 weeks from strip-out to operational.

Yes. What warranty do you provide on a kitchen renovation?

Twelve months on workmanship as standard, plus pass-through of all manufacturer warranties on supplied components — typically 25 years on engineered quartz worktops, 10 years on cabinetry hardware (Blum, Hettich), 5 years on appliances (varies by brand) and 12 months on extraction-system performance. Optional annual maintenance contracts extend cover.
